Summer 2026
I love group exercise!
My classes run Monday to Wednesday in 4 different venues. Most are dance based sessions, though I do have a class to incorporate strength & floor work (Dance & Tone on Tuesdays 9am). Also one which focuses on strength & balance work for older clients (Stepping Out Tuesdays 2pm).
This summer I’ll be away from classes the week commencing July 20th, but currently there are no other interruptions to the timetable.
